Re: I lost 2 lbs on the after first day? | | i'm trying really hard not to be a scale "addict", and so far so good. i've made it through 2 weeks of induction and only weighed on mondays(my official weigh in days.) in past times i've found it really difficult, but i'm trying really hard to stay off of it this time, even though it's right there on the floor in the bathroom and i see it all the time. as i add carbs back in and working my way through the rungs, i may start feeling like i need to check more often, but even then i'll try not to do it daily, no more than twice a week. |
