If you are having a hard time keeping up with your calories you should try fitday or sparkpeople.com. Both are great resources and allow you to track your calories, fitness, and weight loss. I too have days where I do not feel like eating anything. I just make myself eat because I know in order to keep my metabolism in high gear I need to eat every 3-4 hrs. I think that eating several mini meals throughout my day helps me a lot, but I can only speak for myself! Good luck with continued success!
