I agree on the exercise.. I walk with my daughter (pulling her wagon) almost every day for at least 45 minutes. She loves to say hi to people and I get a good burn. I am up to 20 pounds lost in 3 weeks. I also drink over 70 oz of water and my ketone strips are still VERY PURPLE. I know I am not dehydrated so this must be a good thing. I pee all the time!!!
