Girl, I've been on this journey for 3 yrs now. It's a good diet, one my body has done so well on, and responded too. I love proteins and fats, and learned to give up the white stuff, over time, it became less and less an issue, because I kept forcing my mind to think on the good side.

Things like that really helped me steer clear. I learned to deal with my self.
It's been a long hard battle, I've slipped down the slippery slope, I done things I'm not proud of, and then again, I've done a ton of things I am proud of. That is where I keep going back to. The things I know work.
