Sounds like you are on your way. Don't expect giant losses since you do not have a whole lot to lose. Some folks come and think 10 pounds will just disappear overnight. If you lose 2-3 on Induction that will be about right for your goals. Hopefully you'll be lucky and take off more. If so, be sure to move up the rungs so you can learn the things you need to know before you get to maintenance.
