Exclamation I wasn't eating enough veggies stopped losing

I was losing a pound a day all of a sudden no weight lose it stopped. I was tired and could'nt sleep. Well, I had always just eating my salad and a lot of of second list veggies probable the amount that I'm eating now. I never measured and never had a problem but then I decided to start to measure. I chopped broccoli as it is my favorite and put it in a measuring cup. 1 cup it didn't seem like enough but oh well I've been doing it like that for almost 4 weeks and no weight lose. I thought it was weird I would go through 2 bags of fresh crowns in one week and now in the last 4 weeks I only go through less then one bag a week. So I just weigh one cup of finely chopped broccoli and it was 2.6 ounces which by the nutritional info on the bag says after fiber it has only 2 carbs. So after my salad I was only eating about 3-4 veggie carbs a day. Wow ok, now I know why my weight lose stopped. For the last 2 day I've been eating 6 ounces of broccoli which is 12 carbs after fiber and I'm down 1 pound. AHHHH!!!! I just wasted 1 month of weight lose but at least I figured out what was holding me back thanks to the quick glance I took at the nutritional info on the broccoli bag.
