You will probably only have to do it for a couple of weeks to realize how much you are really having and what you can have as far as portions etc...
Start fresh today - enter your foods - and see what is happening with you. See what your percentages are and once all of your numbers are where they should be then you can officially kick the scale for not budging... (it has a mind of its own)
