I keep some just slightly undercooked in the fridge, then I zap it in the microwave for a few seconds and take it on the run. Cheese, almonds, deli meats...those are all portable.

That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |
