Ya, I have my energy back. I fell straight to sleep the last 2 nights. I feel full all day and have to look at the clock or I forget to eat where as the last 4 weeks I was always hungry. I feel better all around. I tried everything even cutting out cheese and cream cheese. I felt so bad I even stopped coming here. just getting in the correct amount of veggies put me right back on track and I'm finally below 200 I'm so happy. I hope that getting the correct amount veggies puts you back on track to. Amanda good luck and great job on your weight lose!
