Re: Roll call Wednesday June 24th | | Well for lunch today I decided to make a soup as it is cool and raining out today
here is the recipe if any one is interested..a quick ham soup..or whatever meat you want to use..
Ham Soup
6 ½ cup servings each 2 net Carbs
2 ounce Butter
1 ounce Celery Diced
1 ounce Mushroom Diced
3 ounceTomatoFresh, Diced
2.2 Ounce Onion Diced
4 Ounce Ham (I used the pkg of cubed ham)
3 Ounce Cauliflower
2 Cups Water
melt butter in a saucepan, and celery,mushroom,tomato an onion and saute
until onions are light golden brown. add cauliflower and ham mix well
then add water. season to taste..
half cup serving~
Per Serving: 36 Cal (30% from Fat, 11% from Protein, 59% from Carb); 1 g
Protein; 1 g Tot Fat; 0 g Sat Fat; 0 g Mono Fat; 3 g Carb; 1 g Fiber; 2
g Sugar; 10 mg Calcium; 0 mg Iron; 252 mg Sodium; 10 mg Cholesterol~
NOTE: if you used an other kind of meat like chicken or even home cooked ham the carb count would be a little less..The pkg ham had 2 carb in 2 oz
