Re: Newbie :o) | | make sure you have acceptable snacks on hand in case you get a little hungry. Radishes, celery, colored peppers, etc.....these are great things to eat and will take the edge off your hunger.
The run will be a good thing also -- whenever I think I really need to eat something I drink a large glass of cold water and wait a few minutes...most times that takes care of the "hunger" -- because it was my body needing water not food.
