Wow I'm totally late. lol but I made it. Well, my back went again and I went back to the DR and I am back on the meds I was on before! That means about a 12-15lb gain...I am thinking positive. It is just for 2 weeks and I am hoping low carbing will help the numbers stay low. I hope you all had a fantabulastic day =]
