hats off to you man..
Thats a handy summary for atkins on the go. Thanks.
Not sure on the ketone sticks but from what I understand the color doesn't really matter as long as it is positive. I think after induction you may not even register as positive. ... Anyone verify? |
Thanks! yes it's been a challenge that's for sure, the last time I did this I was able to run and go to the gym so my weight dropped much faster before, it has been a bit difficult dealing with that but I am making it! I appreciate your reply thanks alot!

I got another one to add to the list, Daltons Steak House - Prime Rib, Lobster with drawn butter and a garden salad with blue cheese and freshly cracked peppercorn on top of the salad! :P

Thanks for the info on the keytone strips, I have seen different asnwers around the net about that, the thing is that I am well hydrated and still showing dark purple, even when I drank 6 32 oz bottles of water the other day...but as long as it shows positive, I am happy!

Thanks for the tip on the water, yea I drink quite a bit of water, I keep 32 oz bottles stacked and ready as I drive...I guess the water has replaced my old soda habit LOL...the pace has slowed down recently but this happend to me the last time I did the diet and it will all even out in the end...thanks for your encouragement!

Keep it up well done |
hehe thanks for the info, I guess it's not so important as long as the results are showing still.

Thanks! I always see you giving out good info! But yea, I was asking cause even with drinking like 128 oz + of water per day I am still seeing dark purple

but im good with it as long as I am losing the inches

Thanks bro! yea I think I can add Arby's to that list as well, the only thing they have is mabey a salad ( but there dressing has sugar ) and I may order their breakfast burrito without the tortilla,,,thanks for the grats and grats to u too man!

Thank You! yes it seems amazing but I have found it to be easier than when I used to live at home and cooked keke...the thing that amazed me waws when i first tried this on the road, i had a fridge in the truck so I went grocery shopping, I couldn't hardly find anything pre-cooked or ready to eat that didn't have sugar or corn syrup in it!! not even bacon! it really makes me think that the food industry is so much like the tabacco industry in that it is adding sugar to its product for the sole purpose of spiking ur blood sugar levels so u will get hooked on that product ( hehe ok my small moment of conspiracy theory!...LOL)

Thank you so much! I only wish he was still around so I could write him a letter or thank him in person, he has made change possible for so many poeple..if Al Gore gets a Nobel Peace prize for talking about cap and trade, I don't know what award on this earth could show our gratitude to that man!
