Atkins Diet 14-day Induction - Atkins Diet for additional information to get yourself started.
Make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of water daily (nothing added - just water) exercise starting today and take a good supplement daily. Don't cheat the plan - it was written specifically to help us loose weight, there are no shortcuts to get to your goal, it will take time and work - good luck!!
