Re: ready for the next step... | | start slow -- add 5 additional net carbs of a different veggie - eat that veggie three times the first week - if you don't gain any weight that's a good veggie for you....if you do gain stop eating it .... you will figure out which veggies are keepers and which ones to stay away. When you've tried out enough veggies (or want more than just veggies) move to the next rung and do the same thing again....it's a slow process but it's the way to keep your weight off and find the number of carbs you can safely eat to keep the weight off once you get to maintenance. |
