Good day CC'ers! Hope all is well. I checked in last night pretty late about this info... I am back on some meds for 2 weeks. I am not looking foward to it because they have a steroid in them and last time I gained like 15 lbs
I am hoping being low carb will keep that gain down a bit. Its for my back that gets bad about once a year. I get this bad muscle swelling and the meds help with that. I am just telling myself it will be ok and if the weight goes on from them, I will take it right back off when I am done taking them.
