Good Morning,
I didn't check in yesterday because I was really sick. I'm not someone who gets sick very often or easily so it sort of came out of the blue. Wednesday night after an induction friendly dinner I was immediately sick and it continued through yesterday. By last night I knew I needed to try to keep something down and didn't imagine that meat, cheese or veggies were going to work. I tried chicken broth and it wasn't filling that void in my stomach. So I ended up checking out of plan for the evening but am back on this morning and will drink lots of water. I'm still feeling kind of "punky" but will stay on plan. I will check the ketosticks the starting tomorrow to see how quickly I can get back into ketosis.
I already decided I would start again today for another 14 days because I am a bit of a perfectionist and I messed up on Day 5.
Rajenk - I read your post from yesterday and that is such a bummer! I hope you find another trainer option so you don't have to play with Barbie any more
