BTW, it might be an idea to weigh after your first 14 days so you can use the chart in DANDR to establish your metabolic resistance to weightloss.
If you don't want to know the numbers till after a month has passed maybe get someone else to note the number and not tell you but write it down so you can see it after the month and be able to use it in your planning for the rest of your Atkins journey.
