Wow - you have done so well. That is so wonderful. I am in awe. So what you are eating now is the same menu as you have lost your 76 pounds on?
It would be hard for me to tell you what to improve on as it has been working so well for you.
I think those last pounds are very very stubborn - Some of us spend quite a while trying to move the scale down to the ideal. I don't know your height but at 119 your BMI is probably way into what is considered normal and it is not easy to make the body lose more pounds when we get down there.

I know you say you stall if you have more carbs but more vegetables may sometimes give people a bit of a boost. I would suggest trying out moving up the rungs by adding 5 carbs of veggies first and see how that goes.

About your fitday -- it is looking good. Most of us eat more veggies than that and most of us would watch our artificial sugar intake more (I would not be able to drink those soft drinks myself without getting some issued) But if you lost doing this - you may not be affected.
