Re: Vanilla Extract Question | | Twitter, it usually isnt the New version of Atkins that fails. Often it is the fact they cannot adapt to the modified way of doing Atkins. It offers more choices as you go up the rungs and thus makes it more complicated to follow and do without straying. Some folks just prefer the old meat and greens version--but that one doesn't teach you how to maintain in the real world and add some carbs back in. For those used to the old version, the 2002 version offers too many temptations and it isn't the right choice for them.
