hi and welcome back. Yes many people have problems loosing quickly the second, third, forth times.....but if you keep with it you will loose the weight, hopefully for good this time!!
Here is a little info to help get you going again! If you need any help all you have to do is ask.
You might like STAC (Second Time Around Club) - they give each other extra support to keep on track.

Make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of water daily (nothing added - just water) - exercise starting today and take a good supplement daily. Don't cheat yourself or the plan - it was written specifically to help us loose weight, there are no shortcuts to get to your goal, it will take time and work - good luck!!
