Of course it is possible to be in ketosis and not lose... otherwise we would all lose weight every single day... (which we don't)

When your body is in ketosis you are burning fat as your daily fuel... if you don't require enough fat to be burned to lose weight, you will stay the same. (That's why exercise is important.) There are many days when you will stay the same weight, which is why it is recommended to only weigh once a week...

There will be many days in the upcoming months when you will not lose... But over the entirety of the time you are on the diet you will lose big time... Think of the diet as a large committment rather than just a day to day thing... When you look at the big picture the daily ounce fluctuations won't seem like that big of a deal...
