Rung 2 question | | I am moving into rung 2 next week. I was thinking about adding in whole milk into my coffee. I am confused as to whether this is allowed. The book doesn't mention milk as an option - that I saw - but only lists examples... I think. Hrm, but I have seen people on this board mention milk as a rung 2 item.
To clarify I work two to three days a week and there is a coffee machine that makes an awesome latte! I do not use milk in my coffee at home, but do enjoy this as a work treat. (Yes, decaf!)
Also, what about yogurt? Is that okay as long as you don't eat over 5 grams?

what the rungs mean to me:
rung 1 - more veggies
rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
rung 3 - seeds, nuts
rung 4 - berries, melon
rung 5 - wine - gotta really re-think this rung
rung 6 - beans, hummus (stay until 133)
rung 7 - other fruits (stay until 131)
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (oatmeal)
