It's impossible to say how the mayo will affect your weight loss --- it depends how many servings you ate and what your reaction to sugar is. But I know we have members here who use Hellman's mayo.
Back to carbs. Whenever something is supposed to have carbs but the carb content is listed as 0, it's better to count it as 0.5 g per serving, just to be on the safe side.
