majorly went off track but back starting today | | well i was doing pretty good on extended induction...staying on track with foods, exercising, drinking plenty of water, etc. however i majorly fell off the wagon the past couple of days - ate double chocolate brownies, peanut butter cookies and a piece of stromboli. they all tasted SO GOOD but truthfully i felt so guilty and unhappy about my choices. in evaluating what made me go "off track" a big part of it is that I was planning the meals/snacks I was going to have on a menu and the past week I did not do that. i am restarting induction, doing it as clean as possible with the exception of my coffee.
any of you veterans...any suggestions to help through moments of extreme weakness?
