I read a lot on here, and read in the book, that you need at least 64 oz of pure, unadulterated water.
The problem is, I can't stand water. It all tastes absolutely horrid to me. And it's not a matter of being used to soda/pop either, because I never drank that before. I've always had this problem with water.
Is it really that bad to add 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice, or about 1/4 cup of tea (plain, black tea without anything added) to 3 cups of water and drink it that way? |
You could float a slice of lemon or lime on the water or stick a sprig of fresh mint leaves in it. But have you tried drinking water differently? Such as ice-cold or room temperature.
I have horrible tasting water here. So I've invested in a filter pitcher (Britta, Pur) and it makes the water taste better---plus it's less expensive than buying water.
