Although we don't count calories, do check your fitday.com account to see if your calories in are less than your calories out. This diet naturally curbs your appetite so you should be eating less than you burn, but sometimes we are just in the habit of eating too much. Learning to listen to your body's hunger is a conscious effort.

Chances are that you are just experiencing a natural lull in loss, but this is something to be mindful of just in case.
