July Push-Up Challenge: See yourself get stronger in one month! | | I started doing pushups for the first time with the June challenge. In three weeks I have seen a visible difference in my shoulders, arms and chest. My trainer tells me pushups are almost a perfect exercise because they hit so many parts of your body. Its a full upper body and core workout and only takes a few minutes a day.
In the interest of keeping myself honest, I am taking on the pushup challenge for July so c'mon, get strong. Guys, get ripped. Girls get the "girls" up and get those gorgeous "guns" for sleeveless tops.
I pledge 1200 for July.
