i have to get a new band. i'm guessing yours has hand grips? mine is just a band and it really isn't long enough to do some of the things on the dvd that it came with. the instructors bands are way longer than mine.

congrats on making goal, g! i'm sure the heidi will make goal too and that will be a 100% goalie month!
