I do know it doesn't have the blood pressure raising issues table salt has. I went to all sea salt in a grinder and let me tell you, getting rid of table salt combined with this WOE, lowered my blood pressure a bit too much. I've had to add some table salt back to my foods and cooking as the blood pressure has dipped a little too low. Much better problem to have than the other extreme but sea salt is much better for your health. I know it does wonderful things for your bodies pH balance. Table salt does the opposite.
