You need to realize that Atkins is a way of life for the rest of your life, not just a race to the finish line. This is a way of eating that will last forever. Most people think that once they've lost the weight, they have it made and can go back to what they ate before, (I've done that myself), but until you make this WOE a permanent part of your lifestyle, you will just keep yo-yoing. Instead of waiting for the day that I can eat all the 'goodies' I've given up, I have developed a genuine dislike for them so that I'm not tempted by them. This is a huge part of the reason that I chose Atkins. I have to stop the yo-yo dieting, and a simple, healthy, long-term plan will be the only way.
I'm honestly not even hungry and don't want to go through the ups and downs of excessive carbohydrate consumption.
