Re: Sea Salt | | I have slowly begun adding less and less salt to my foods.I once craved that salty taste.Now, like a sweet taste,I find it repulsive.As far as BP,studies have shown high sodium intake only raises BP 4 mmhg.Hardly a significant rise.But it does retain fluid and can make you feel heavier.A one lb wt difference is easily detected now.I prefer to feel lighter. |
