The hormonal changes in your body is probably making it somewhat hard right now. Metabolism may be changing, thyroid perhaps. Expect some up and downs as there may be days with water retention.
I say stick with it. You are doing great.
Your menu is looking good to me. You can tinker with it if you want - try no splenda and see what happens.
Do you put your menu through fitday or a a similar counter programme. I just wondered if you are getting enough fat.
What made you gain that 4-5 lbs?
