July Squat Challenge - Sign up and report | | It is time for the the July Squat Challenge.
Do them any way you want: a normal Squat, a plie Squat, a one legged Squat, but do them. Great way to shape up thighs and butts. I have been doing them with twist and kicks lately for a variation. Great fun.  Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names then change your numbers.
