Breakfast
2-3 eggs scrambled
2 pieces of turkey bacon
1 cup of coffee with 1 spenda
snack
atkins shake
lunch
salad w/ chicken breast
snack
hard boiled egg or a pickle or cut up veggies
dinner
salad with lots of veggies
and usually a piece of meat
and I drink 64+ oz of water a day
my goal right now is to lose about 30lbs, after that I will set another goal. I am not sure how much I want to lose because it all depends on how I feel. I may want to lose another 30 or 40 after that. |
