I know its not much variety, but I am very happy with it. I don't require much variety.
I wonder if i am eating too many calories? I am hungry pretty much every 4 hours. I have been in ketosis for over a month. No loss? It must be the calories...
I don't have alot of fat to lose. I am a 8mm on the skinfold calipers when measured at my waist. I use the same spot and have had no change in weeks. I want to lose down to a 4mm or less. |
