Default Re: I'm stuck and frustrated-but hanging tough

Lisa, I am also going through "the big change" and I am here to tell you that if you are drinking 80 or so ounces of water and eating as you say, then you are doing all you can do and our time of life is largely the culprit. I eat a RUng 1-2 diet most days, I also watch my calories, and I do three heavy duty cardios for 45 mins, 3 heavy weight liftin sessions and usually 2-3 other hous of exercise a week and I go many weeks without a loss. I occasionally drop a pound. It is SSSLLLOWWW going for us hormonally challenged women. I would suggest moving up to rung one and then later, rung 2 to give yourself more variety and dig in for the long haul. It is slow going while we are on the peri-menopause wagon. Sorry I don't have better news for you.
