I was thrown through symptoms the change at age 31 when I had a partial hysteroctomy -- believe me I could write volumes about what your body goes through!!!

How much plain water are you drinking daily and what type of exercise are you doing? I agree your fat looks a little low...it's very important to get your fat in each day.

Yep, there are some of us that loose V E R Y slowly.....it's hard sometimes but it's worth it when that next pound finally leaves the building!!! LOL
