Re: new wanting to lose badly | | Carol is right. Wine is not until Rung 5. One of the reasons we gain is habit. If you usually munch while watching TV you may need to find something more active to do rather than watch television. A walk in the park or along High Street, volunteering somewhere, even a hobby like painting or knitting would keep your hands and mind off of food.
