New member, have a few questions. | | I'm a new member to the site but I've been coming here for about a month. I've never actually used a message board before so this all still feels kind of foreign to me. I started Atkins February 28 this year and it's been working better than I could have ever imagined. And knowing me I've been very lucky not to get off track yet. I'm still on induction but started eating almonds for convenience when nothing else is available. Is this ok? Also if anybody has any suggestions on other convenient foods that I'm allowed I'd really appreciate them. Also I was wondering if I should be exercising more. I ride bike 2 days, lift weights one day, and then rest on the fourth day and repeat. Each exercise session is about 45-50 minutes. Does this sound appropriate or should I be doing more? |
