Default Re: July water challenge -- come one ... Come all!!!

Jimmie -- thank you for moving the thread ----- after I posted it I thought about where I had put it...(head slap).

As far as you moving -- congratulations (better you than me!!) -- keep track of your water intake while you are offline and when you get back put them in 1 post...I'll make sure you get credit for what you drink!

Batman - I usually drink 150oz a day (and sometimes more) but I pledge 120oz -- that way if I have a bad day or can't get all my water in for some reason I'm still ok. This is a pledge of what you will drink -- if you drink more -- WHOO HOOO -- good for you!!

Remember when you come and post please post this way:

July 1 -- 150oz.

if you have more than 1 day to post:

July 1 -- 150oz
July 2 -- 150oz
July 3 -- 120oz
July 4 -- 170oz

something like that.
