I skip as part of kickboxing and I need to get up to 20 solid minutes. Yikes-a-roo. I'm going to take it easy at first, just 3 min stints the first week, then go for fives, and build up to tens etc.
Hula I have less time for, but going for 30 mins to keep my hand in.
