Good afternoon!

Its very hot in London today, too hot in fact! I have no appetite at all, and have just been drinking cold sparkling water all day, i did start off the day with a 2 egg omlette but couldnt face anything for lunch, but i will make the effort and eat some dinner.

Day 13 of induction in the bag!!
