I recommend Billy Blanks boot camp or Shelly Macdonna Caribean Cruise boxing workouts! Also Sharon Mann is awesome. You could also try step aerobics. It's hard when you put so much into it and don't see the results trust me I know, but stick in there. This time I'm gonna make it! You can too |
