Re: How do you track your daily carbs? | | I use a spreadsheet when I am planning meals for the week, then Fitday to track actuals. It was time-consuming, but I did Fitday religiously for about 6 weeks. Once I felt I could trust my judgement a bit better, I started using it less (5 days/week, etc) I still use it occasionally to 'check' myself, and when I use a new recipe or add a new food or more carbs (I'm on OWL).
