I worked the last 4 days in a row and got home last night at midnight. I wanted to get out and walk first thing this morning before it got too hot. I walked to the library and back. Then locked myself out of the house (starving, hot, tired) called dh but had to wait for an hour anyways, so jumped in the pool. Was very tempted to eat an orange off the tree as that was the only food I could get to but stayed the course and ate a double cheese burgery when he got home (low carb, homemade... soo good.)
Scales doing okay... headed downward. Was good all weekend staying on track food wise. Walked 7 miles this am. Sometimes I wonder why I'm not skinny already from all the walking I do...???? sigh. It feels physically painful to lose wt sometimes. Everything hurts... onward... I think about food constantly... while I was walking I was thinking about beets. Those aren't induction friendly though. but seriously... I think about food all the time, what I'm going to eat next... when... what to make tomorrow... etc...
