Re: How do you track your daily carbs? | | I use fitday every day. Sparkpeople os great too. I usually jot everything from breakfast and lunch down so I have a ballpark figure of what I should limit at dinner time. So if I have had my cheese allowance, or too many other carbs, I know I need a meat and salad dinner.
