Re: What is your favourite form of exercise and why?? | | I like exercising most days.
For cardio I like running because it is easy (just put on shoes and go outside) and cheap and pleasurable. I do not run super long rungs or fast but I like it.
My second favourite is yoga. Just cannot get enough of that stuff. It strengthens and relaxes you at the same time.
