This is a title for me about 12 years ago I started Atkins for the ?????? number of times. I didn't want to be hungry and thought if I could eat all I wanted of certain things I could do it. So the first week I did at least a pound of bacon a day if not more. But it was a start for me. Others had a lot to say how that could not work but after 1 year of staying right with it I had taken off
100 Pounds
, Most of the time could not go over 20 carbs. or I would not lose.
You know how it goes after 2 more kids, not exercising and eating I had gained 64 pounds.

Of which today I am down 19.5 of that and have only 44.5 to lose. I know I can do it because I have done it before.
Low Carb has come along way since 12 years ago. Even farther since the first time I started it 34 years ago.
