I hope you can stick with it because you will go down. I see that you can't have red meat, but when I have stalled I do a 3 meals of steak for the day and that is all. It will usually do the trick. I know I have quit before when I have stalled. Then I am really sorry for it!!! I commend you for doing P90X it is a very hard workout. |
